MOVI Wheel pressure sprayer

1. PURPOSE OF USE

The MOVI wheeled pressure sprayer is intended for the implementation of care and protection measures with aqueous solutions of plant protection products: insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and fertilizers. It is also intended for the use of organic preparations based on paraffin oil and other herbal preparations. It is recommended to use one spray for the selected group of preparations.

ATTENTION !!! The use of surfactants such as acids or bases, disinfectants, impregnating agents, solvent-containing agents, cleaning agents or petroleum products is not permitted.

Failure to observe the above may result in damage to the pressure vessel or a lasting effect on the user's health.

2. MOVI PRESSURE SPRAYER EQUIPMENT

The contents of the package are shown in Figure 1: a) a container with a safety valve, a tube with springs and a fan for feeding with a handle; b) telescopic rod with adjustable nozzle MR1.5 mm; c) pump; d) holder with cap and nuts; e) a funnel with a strainer; f) instructions for use with a warranty card; g) pump set: lubricant, seal, 0.1mm nozzle, parts for APS set. The manufacturer reserves the right to change the equipment of the pressure sprayer.
3. PREPARATION AND OPERATION OF THE MOVI PRESSURE SPRAYER

1. Read the operating instructions before using the MOVI pressure sprayer.
2. Assemble the MOVI pressure sprayer before starting work, attach the telescopic rod to the handle (Fig. 2b), install the holder (Fig. 2c) and tighten the nuts. Adjust the holder to the height of the user before tightening the nuts. Prepare the funnel (Figure 1a) and the pump (Figure 1c). Check the safety valve and the sealing of the spray nozzle by using a funnel to fill with clean water (Figure 2d). Insert the pump into the container and tighten the nut (Figure 3f). Fill the container with air (Figure 3b). Pull the safety valve holder (Figure 3d) and you will hear a distinct sound of released air under pressure, which confirms the correct operation of the safety valve.
3. To start working with the MOVI pressure sprayer, remove the air from the container using the safety valve (Fig. 3d), unscrew the nut (Fig. 3f) and remove the pump. Empty the water container, then pour the desired solution (Figure 2d) prepared in advance according to the instructions using a funnel, without exceeding the marked level (Figure 3e). Insert the pump, tighten the nut (Figure 3f) and create pressure in the tank using the pump piston (Figure 3b). If there is too much supply air, the safety valve opens automatically and excess air is released (Figure 3d). Adjust the telescopic rod to the appropriate length and tighten it so that the rod does not move lengthwise during work (Figure 2a). Start by spraying / spraying. Continuous operation of the pressure sprayer is possible by pressing the dosing valve button and moving it forward (Figure 5a). Release the button by moving backwards (Figure 5a). If necessary, increase the pressure by re-supplying air (Figure 3b)
4. Replacing the nozzle: to replace the round 1.5mm (yellow) nozzle with the 1.0mm (green) nozzle, unscrew the yellow nozzle cap and screw on the green nozzle cap (Figure 4a); to replace the conical nozzle with a flat jet, unscrew the nozzle cover (Figure 4a), unscrew the black nut, remove the core and seal (Figure 4b), insert the flat nozzle into the black nut (Figure 4c), insert the seal and tighten.

A spray that has once been used with preservatives must not be used for other purposes !!!

6. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PUMP

1. Do not store the sprayer in direct sunlight or at a temperature lower than +4 C.
2. After finishing work, rinse the sprayer thoroughly with clean water and release the pressure in the container. Maintain the sprayer regularly.
3. Always make sure that the sprayer is not under pressure during maintenance. Relieve the pressure by pulling the safety valve (Figure 3d). Clean and blow air spray; unscrew the hose from the handle, remove the filter (Figure 5b) and clean it under running water with a soft brush, then check that the piston works smoothly. If the piston stops, unscrew the nut and pull the piston out (Figure 3a), lubricate the seal (Figure 6e) and the inner surface of the cylinder walls with silicone grease (Figure 7i) then check that the lower pump seal is clean (Figure 6f) and wash if necessary. Then push the piston back and tighten the nut (Figure 3a). Unscrew the valve screw, pull out the piston (Figure 5c), clean it, lubricate it with silicone grease (Figure 7i) and refit it by tightening the nut. Unscrew the nozzle nut, remove the nozzle and rinse thoroughly with water (Figure 4a). Then check that the safety valve is working properly - when you pull out the lever, it must return to its original position. If you encounter a problem, unscrew the safety valve nut, pull it out, clean it, and lightly lubricate it with silicone grease (Figure 3c). Reassemble by tightening the safety valve nut until you feel resistance.
